Tenders are hereby invited for Comprehensive Building Exterior, Interior & Roof repair, seepage rectification & paint of the Princess Park Society, Sector 86, ‘Faridabad-121002 (Haryana). This will coverall 12 towers of the society in addition to all common areas (clubhouse, gym and swimming pool areas, security rooms, lift lobbies, terraces, STP, staircases, balconies, utility shafts, boundary walls, fencing grills, machine rooms & maintenance offices and all common area structures)
Mode of Tendering :- Physical Bidding through 2 sealed envelopes (1st Envelope containing Technical Bid and 2nd Envelope containing Financial Bid).
Bid Submission Start Date: 22 June, 2025 (from 10:00 AM)
Last Date of Bid Submission: 13 July, 2025 (upto 04:00 PM) Tender Fee- Rs. 5000/-(Five Thousand Only) through NEFT/RTGS or Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of “Princess Park Residents Welfare Association” payable at Faridabad.
