GREATER NOIDA: The Greater Noida authority in its board meeting on Saturday approved strict action against 13 builders who failed to execute registries or clear dues despite repeated extensions under the Uttar Pra-desh government’s December 21. 2023 policy for stalled projects.
“The authority board has decided to take strict ación against those developers, who have not taken measures as per the UP government’s December 21, 2023 scheme meant for the stalled housing projects. The board has allowed the Authority to take harsh action against the developers, who fail to use the provisions of this scheme and deliver relief to the homebuyers,” said Greater Noida Authority CEO Ravi Kumar NG. He added, “All the benefits received from the recommendations of the state government scheme for stalled housing projects will be withdrawn from a dozen builders.”
